This is one of my UFO's from "at least" five years ago. I used some of my collection of Cherry Wood fabrics. I also enjoy hand appliqué, and this pattern had just a few blocks with applique.
This quilt was made using Fig Tree fabrics. This is the Fat Quarter Shop "Cross Roads Quilt Along" from 2016. Fat Quarter Shop donated the proceeds from this pattern to St. Jude's Hospital. It still needs binding, but I wanted to get a picture while I was photographing other quilts for the upcoming "Best of the Valley" Quilt show.  This quilt was quilted by Darby Myers @the quilted squid.
This was another quick finish I made for spring. I love making mini quilts for my quilt hanger in my sewing room.

  1. Getting things done in 2018! Look at you go. Your cherrywood quilt top is just beautiful. I can't wait to see how you are going to quilt it.

  2. The Cherrywood quilt is fantastic. I'm sure your quilting will only make it better. You finished the "Cross Roads Quilt Along". all I did was collect the patterns. You're off to a great start in 2018!!

  3. Wow! you're so productive! Love the Cherrywood, and the birdhouses are just so cute! Fun! Can't wait to see your quilts in person!

  4. I keep coming back to look at the Cherrywood quilt. I love it!!
